Chicken and Garlic Italian Salad

1.5+ lbs boneless chicken breast
(3 T olive oil, 2 garlic cloves)
(2 T lime juice, salt & pepper)
½ c cilantro, chopped
Bag salad
Black olives
Roma tomatoes
(Italian dressing)
Heat olive oil over med heat. Cook chicken
until brown. Add garlic; cook until chicken is
cooked through. Add cilantro and lime juice, and
season with salt and pepper.
Toss salad and serve.
